User Terms

Updated 2026-05-28

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Cuviss official site system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the User Terms. If you access or communicate on behalf of an organization, you should ensure that you have authority to do so. Separate product entries, collaboration projects, or written documents prevail where they apply.

Nature of site content

This site presents the Cuviss brand, business lines, cultural arts projects, intelligent creative platform direction, and related public information. Site content is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, commitment, professional advice, or guarantee of any specific product capability, delivery timeline, collaboration condition, or business outcome.

Intellectual property

Text, images, layouts, project presentations, brand marks, interface design, and other content on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Without authorization, you may not copy, adapt, scrape, republish, commercially use, or use such content in a way that may cause confusion, misrepresentation, or harm.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site in a manner that harms its operation, security, integrity, or lawful interests, including unauthorized access, service interference, bypassing security measures, bulk scraping, introducing malicious code, impersonation, or submitting unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

External links and product entries

This site may include product entries, contact channels, partner platforms, or links to third-party websites. Those entries are governed by their own rules, privacy notices, and service terms. Providing a link does not by itself mean that we endorse, control, or guarantee third-party content, availability, or processing practices.

Changes to the User Terms

To keep the site safe, compliant, and operational, we may update the User Terms, site rules, entry availability, content presentation, or risk controls where reasonably needed without obtaining each user's separate confirmation. This does not apply to matters that applicable law does not allow us to update unilaterally, where notice cannot be waived, or where mandatory user rights cannot be excluded.

Limitations

We work to keep public information accurate, stable, and secure, but site content may change as projects, technology, or operations evolve. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or expected-profit losses arising from reliance on public site information or site unavailability.

Governing Law and Disputes

The User Terms and any disputes relating to this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the User Terms.

Language versions

The Cuviss official site system may provide content in multiple languages for user convenience. Different language pages aim to keep the same factual structure, while wording may be adapted to each language. If language versions differ in interpretation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law. Where applicable law requires a local-language version or mandatory rule to control, that requirement applies for the relevant matter.

Acceptable Use Policy

Updated 2026-05-28

Scope

This Policy applies to your access to the Cuviss official site system, public contact channels, product entries, project pages, and interactions with public content. Product, platform, or collaboration-specific rules also apply where presented.

Prohibited behavior

You must not use this site in a way that harms site operation, security, integrity, or lawful interests, including unauthorized access, service interference, bypassing security measures, bulk scraping, introducing malicious code, impersonation, or submitting unlawful, infringing, misleading, harassing, or abusive content.

Content and AI contexts

When entering Cuviss Nova Launchpad, Cuviss Cine, or other product entries through this site, you must not use related services or public materials to create, upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, non-consensual, infringing, deceptive synthetic, likeness-related, privacy-invasive, or third-party-rule-violating content.

Data & Cookies

Updated 2026-05-28

Scope of this notice

This notice explains how the Cuviss official site system uses cookies, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies on public pages. The Privacy Notice also applies where personal information is processed.

Necessary technical data

To load pages, maintain language preferences, protect security, detect abnormal requests, and troubleshoot issues, the site and its infrastructure may process necessary logs and request data. This usually includes IP address, timestamp, request path, status code, browser, and device information.

Cookies and local storage

The site may store language preferences, session state, dialog state, or random visit identifiers in the browser. Unless a feature clearly requires it, these identifiers are not intended to directly identify a real person or to build profiles across unrelated websites.

Analytics and improvement

We may use analytics to understand page views, navigation clicks, content performance, and basic conversion signals so that we can improve site structure, SEO/GEO expression, and operational quality. Analytics configuration is guided by data minimization and avoids information unrelated to the public-site purpose.

Third-party infrastructure

Hosting, CDN, security, analytics, or form services may process necessary technical data under their own service rules. When selecting and configuring these services, we consider data minimization, access control, and security, while the providers' own processing activities remain governed by their applicable terms.

Your choices

You can delete or restrict cookies, local storage, and some tracking technologies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect language preferences, session state, form submission, or certain interactions, but the main public-page content should remain accessible.
